Our Beliefs

EndPornography.org exists for one reason: the eradication of the porn industry. The porn industry ruins the lives of their customers via addiction and their prostitutes via complete reputational and emotional destruction. A very select few benefit from the porn industry and that is exactly who we seek to target with our litigation. We believe that targeting the right people with lawsuits and with lobbying efforts to the right decision makers, we can make the entire industry collapse. Ours is not a passive stance—our resolve is absolute, unwavering, and uncompromising.

In every state that has required ID to prevent minors from viewing, the porn sites have had to close operations in that state. Their business model cannot be sustained without exposing minors to sex. They hire recruiters that will target girls who are just out of high school, ruining their lives before they can legally drink or rent a car. The industry claims first amendment protections, but crime does not become legal just because you film it. Prostitution and showing minors videos of adults having sex are crimes and we are going to bring them to justice.

We pursue aggressive justice and accountability through litigation against the pornography industry and all who profit from exploitation, coercion, and the violation of human dignity. Our legal actions are bold and unyielding, designed explicitly to dismantle the organizations that enable pornography's spread and enforce rigorous penalties on those who perpetuate its harm. We seek to send an unmistakable message that pornography will be met with intense opposition, decisive action, and relentless legal challenges until it ceases to exist.

A War on Three Fronts

These are the three areas where we can fight the porn industry:

  1. Lawsuits
  2. Lobbying
  3. Addiction Prevention

We'll file lawsuits against porn executives, producers and recruiters. We'll lobby the key decision makers who have the ability to make real change, and we'll focus on addiction prevention to reduce their profits while at the same time giving us the money needed to fight them.
